Delivery Information
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery (Free): 2-4 working days

Our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Restrictions

• We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

• Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands, may take an additional 1-2 days.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
