Promoter

The promoter is SUPRO, part of Behrens Group (“SUPRO”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to all applications and awards under the SUPRO Grassroots Fund (the “Fund”).

What the Fund is

The Fund awards selected grassroots clubs a share of £100,000 retail value in gifted SUPRO kit, teamwear, and or equipment. The Fund is designed to create a three-year partnership where SUPRO becomes the club’s Official Kit, Teamwear and Merchandise Partner and operates the club’s official online store.

Eligibility

The Fund is open to eligible grassroots clubs and community sports organisations based in the UK. Applicants must have authority to apply and, if selected, to enter into the partnership agreement on behalf of the club.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted via the official SUPRO application route by the published closing date, 30^th April 2026. Applicants must provide accurate information. SUPRO may request further information for verification. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be rejected. Dates can vary at SUPRO's discretion.

Selection

Awards are granted at SUPRO’s discretion. Selection may consider club size, number of teams, engagement, community impact, ability to support a store launch, and projected Year 1 retail turnover. SUPRO’s decision is final.

Fund value and awards

The Fund is capped at up to £100,000 retail value in total across all awards. Individual awards are typically sized at around 10 to 20% of projected Year 1 retail/overall turnover, based on application data and SUPRO assessment. Award value is not cash, it is delivered as product and or agreed product credit.

What selected clubs receive

Selected clubs receive an agreed package which may include match kit, training wear, leisurewear, fan wear items, accessories, and or equipment. SUPRO will also provide a SUPRO-powered official online store and operational support, including fulfilment and customer service route, plus launch support. Packages will be discussed with club, SUPRO decision is final.

Club commitments

Acceptance is conditional on the club entering into a three-year partnership with SUPRO. The club agrees to appoint SUPRO as its Official Kit, Teamwear and Merchandise Partner for the term, support store launch communications, and provide basic data for verification and planning. Clubs agree to promote SUPRO and ranges via its communications networks.

SUPRO commitments

SUPRO will supply and service agreed categories across kit, training wear, leisurewear, and merchandise, and will operate the club’s official online store, subject to availability and lead times.

Clubs already under contract elsewhere

Clubs currently under a supplier agreement may still apply. If selected, SUPRO can align the partnership start date to the club’s existing contract end. Evidence of contract end date may be requested. Award delivery will be phased to match the agreed start date.

Merchandise credit in Years 2 and 3

Selected clubs will also receive an ongoing merchandise credit in Years 2 and 3 based on verified retail sales through the official store or direct purchased, as set out in the partnership agreement. Credit is not cash, is non-transferable, and refunded or cancelled orders are excluded.

Important conditions

Awards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Products are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items where needed. Gifted items are for club team use and must not be resold outside the official store without SUPRO’s written permission.

Termination and loss of benefits

If the club does not enter into the partnership agreement, or if the partnership ends early for any reason, the club’s participation in the Fund will end. Any unredeemed or accrued merchandise credit will be forfeited, and the club will have no entitlement to further Fund benefits. Where there has been misuse of the award, materially false information, or a serious breach of these terms or the partnership agreement, SUPRO may withdraw Fund benefits and may require repayment of the equivalent retail value of gifted items, to the extent permitted by the partnership agreement and applicable law.

Publicity

By accepting an award, clubs agree SUPRO may announce them as a Fund recipient and use the club name, badge, and reasonable imagery for partnership and Fund promotion.

Data

SUPRO will process personal data in line with UK data protection law, for Fund administration, selection, onboarding, and store operation.

Changes and governing law

SUPRO may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Fund where necessary and at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
